Started the stocker for the first time. Even though it's 70 degrees. We're burning the paint etc. and checking operation. The question is , the combustion blower runs constantly and has no speed control or rehostat. Is that noraml? The feed control and external blower seems to be working correctly.

Outside stove temp. at the side is 400 / stack at 275 degrees. That is on a 4 setting. The heat is unbeliveable. Should the combustion blower have a adjustment? The last coal sstove we had was a Efel gravity feed 10 years ago. The blower has me a little concerned. thanks ken

There is no adjustment needed on the combustion blower.

second that you have nothing to worry about. There is no adjustment and the blower is sized very well. The only drawback is if you get some small for size rice coal you may see a small percentage of unburnt coal along the edges of the grate.
