First fire in my Pioneer TV today, the burnoff smoked me out and set off the smoke detector, took 15 minutes of watching the smoke come off the front glass area to figure out the blower was blowing it that way fron under the top and the glass wasn't leaking at the gasket.Inside the firebox was pretty smokey for a bit too, warmed the whole house up to 75 on convection alone while tweaking the baro damper and power vent setting, center flame all the way to the top,got it throttled back to a nice small fire now with a 3 inch blue flame. The draft blower(rear of stove) seems noisier at the lower speed,I'm assuming this is normal, slight hum that wasn't noticeable on hi fire. When the manometer ordered from Davis last friday finally gets here I'll be able check the adjustment.Love it,gonna be warm this winter.Comments/insight welcomed.
