We bought a used harman magnum driver 2 years ago. It has started randomly “shutting off”. It runs great for. Week and then we wake up and it’s running it there are not hot coals and it’s cold. I have no idea why it would’ve started doing this. We restart. It runs perfect l, and then a week later the same thing.

completely shut off? like no power, or just stop burning? maybe idle needs to come up a bit, sounds like the combustion blower or stoker is not working correctly. does it have reohstats for controls? maybe adjust them or clean them good, the contacts could be dirty.
have you cleaned grates? cleaned blowers, check your draft with a draft gauge, etc...?

sounds like it might be a buildup of coal fines and dust in one of the motors. take all the motors and blow them out with compressed air and clean and oil.
