The stoker stove would be in a pole building, 50 x 40.
Would the Tjernlund AD-1 Auto Draft work for a direct vent, they do make a larger one.
I know this isn't it's intent.
The power vent SWG-4HDS is now $700
The stoker stove may not work for what I want it for, I will have to make a fire every time I go out there.
It's also a little small, with a 16' ceiling

Would it work....technically maybe possibly. Is it safe and reliable...probably not. Those are meant to assist an existing draft, not be the sole source of a draft. You mentioned it's in a pole building. Is it possible to just use single wall stove pipe and go straight up and use one piece of double wall pipe penetrating through the roof? That would be cheaper then a power vent and less maintenance too. It's also an approved method of installation.

Thanks for your response, I have a manual over hoist (crane) that travels on rails, the pipe would be in the way.
