That "spot" has been there for years. It's not wet at all. just glossy heat paint. No worries there

both the blower fan works great, the little fan to cool the motor works fine, and the dial speed works when turned up or down. where does the air that circulates inside where the flame is actually come from ? Because of course the inside of the stove is secure so no smoke comes into the house

I don't see/understand where feed air comes from. I don't see a power vent either. All I see is feeder, cooling fan(that I don't understand it's purpose), and a distribution blower. Get after that blower with a toothbrush and vacuum cleaner, it'll run quieter.

I wasn't being a neat freak. I HATE when the blower vibrates. Drives me crazy. So there's never been air forced through the grate ? I can't imagine it can draft enough to make it work. If that's how it really works, you need to create draft first warm the stove/ chimney to get the air pulling up the chimney. Probably should check under the grate to make sure it's not plugged. Same with chimney.

Yes. Motor has fan in it to keep air flow. I just started switching cords around and finally figured it out. The feeder cord has the air flow for inside on the grate. And that's hooked to the fan dial. I just got it going about 2 hours ago. Thank god !!!!
