Hi,

So i have problem with my auto feeding boiler. It never gets to set temperature(50°C). My boiler is GECO G-406. Im form Europe, Bosnia and Hercegovina country. My fan works 100% of the time had to put newone beacuse old one stopped working. I have this boiler lets say about 10y or eaven more this never happened. I mean it did but mostly beacuse we experimented with coal.

This startes happening last winter dont ask how we surrvived it. Dont know what to do with it. In the setting i tryed everything to put more air in to it, to make it use more coal. Nothing worked so i came here for some help.

One more thing there is a lot of smoke coming out of the boilers door. When i close doors and wondows of the place where boiler is it gets so smokey. Its hard to eaven breathe.

The GECO G-406 sounds like it’s the boiler controller from Poland. Pictures will help.

That last paragraph makes me think it's either completely lost the draft (like a chimney clean out door is open) or the exhaust path is clogged or at least partially blocked... Not many other reasons to have smoke coming out of the load door while running, unless the fire was just started.

I did clean the exhaust path but not the chimney.

Make sure the chimney is not built up with ash.
