i'm having problems with my koker 150. keystoker blames it on water in rice coal for multiple
problems . take it it is not 1yr old yet.feed motor burned up ,pusher bar and plate
bound up,needed to replace temp controller from arcing contacts, hopper rusted out,
very rusty ash bins, bottom of ash pan floor rusted heavy,window glass frosted over,has anybody with a keystoker have these problems.

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your Keystoker. Those issues definitely point to wet and or damp coal being used... Wet coal is the devil! It seems like it causes 80% of stoker issues that come up here.

Even after wet coal use there needs to be a thorough cleaning of stove and hopper at season end and stove pipe removed from chimney until fall start-up again.
Adding a small electric heat source within burner/ash pan area will help abate room location dampness as well.

Never allow water supply for DHW to pass through a tankless coil in the off season.
