Not much to go on here, but venture a guess of accuumulated fines under the grates and/or degraded grate gasket now leaking air. Has your stove been serviced since new?

I did clean out the fine ashes yesterday and it has went out twice since then. I’m going to replace the door gasket to rule that out and look at the grate gasket as well

The fines refered to were the black coal fines that sift down thru grate holes and acuumulate...not ash fines.

Does this have the Coal-trol?

I called hitzer talked to Dean very knowledgeable man. So after going over some things with him my wiring on the fans were wired backwards the fan underneath the bed Of coals would shut off once up to temp and choke out. Which is what the front blower fan should be doing got them swapped around and seems great now. It use to be such a task getting a fire started now ik getting good air blowing through the grates it was very simple
