Looks like the grates have a build up of furnace cement down each side, slowing the feed down. Have you recently reinstalled the grates? The grates need to be smooth for the coal to feed evenly.

Hard to tell where that wonky fire starts... But it should start burning right at or just past the first set of holes. If your grates are smooth, you may have a blockage or two in front of the pusher bar. Big chunk of coal or a rock blocking the feed.

Have you ever used wet coal? Many, many issues start with using wet coal in a hopper fed stoker.

Excessive fines can also cause a wavy fire line, but not that wavy... Let us know what you find.

This is what grates look like on new stove.

Not a lot of quality control going on there. Mine from 2016 looked polished compared to those...

Definately a little wonky, it should be straight across burning, or at least closer than what yours is.
make sure all the holes are cleaned out in the grate (1/8"? drill bit works good). Fire should only burn from Holes foward. If it's getting too far back, the grates might be leaking in the back too.
Make sure the grates are sealed on the sides/edges and in the back and smooth.
Make sure UNDER the grate is cleaned out too. (you can pull the fan off the back and vacuum under the grates if you have a small vacuum hose, without removing grates.
i;ve had my Keystoker for over 16 years with no major issues. just replaced the direct vent blower, finally rotted out.
