Alaska 140 auger

My auger ceased up for the second time in a month. I believe it was because the bearing stopped taking grease.

Anyways, got it apart as far as I'm comfortable, as I don't want to do damage.

The 2 auger hub bolts and the shaft collar allen head screw are out, but the auger won't budge.

Am I missing something? I tried prying the hub, but she ain't moving.

Also, how do I remove the auger motor from the shaft?
