You should look at a Hitzer 608 as well. I don't believe you would need a 710. My father has a Hitzer 608 in his barn 36x48 with 14' open ceiling up to the peak at 25'. We live in Michigan where we get good winters and wind. He only heats the barn to 68°F but the stove doesn't work very hard to keep that temperature. He has his Power vented but does think about just hooking it to a regular chimney
The only qualm I had about the 608 was that the blower is only 320 CFM...
