Hi, we are new to this forum. We can get the stoker started just fine and it burns hot for about 4 hours to where the coaltrol reads 80 degrees. It is set for 75. The blower shuts off and the stove stays hot, but the blower won't turn back on to keep it lit, and will just go out. Any ideas will be truly appreciated, This is our 6th winter with this stove and it happens every year. Eventually, it will work like it's supposed to after several attempts but we have to keep trying to keep it going like it is supposed to.

The combustion blower should run 24/7. The convection fan is a setting as FSA. What are your min and max settings in the coal-trol setup?

I can't add anymore to that, other than possible wiring issue ....2001Sierra wrote: ↑Sat. Oct. 30, 2021 7:34 pmThe combustion blower should run 24/7. The convection fan is a setting as FSA. What are your min and max settings in the coal-trol setup?

Hello, the combustion blower is turning off? It should remain on all the time, even when the stove goes to idle feed. It sounds like you have the combustion blower plugged into the convection blower outlet. Please run the TEST mode to make sure the motors that run are plugged into the correct outlets on the control module.lads wrote: ↑Sat. Oct. 30, 2021 1:33 pmHi, we are new to this forum. If fan speed is set to 1 out of 99, could it be too low to start and spin the fan? In other applications, minimum fan voltages are important to avoid this problem.

Def. check how you have your blowers plugged in to coaltrol, the Combustion blower (under the coal grates) runs 24/7.
the Convection Blower should kick on and off depending on the heat or feed rate and/or vary in speed depending on FR (Feed rate). the FSA is the MANUAL Override for the convection blower, it should not be on a number 1-99 for full auto mode based on feed rate. You can set a specific speed to keep it at that speed, but most us just use the FSA (auto mode).
It will take a bit for it to settle out once you get it going, but once you establish the ash at the end, it should start to maintain poperly. It will take an hour or two to come up to temps and go back down, so it may overshoot a bit depending on heat demand.
Don't change temp more than a degree or two, it may take much longer to catch up and possibly overshoot. Most of us don't use the timer/setback timer on it. I just set my temp and/or put it on a specific temp and leave it there.
