608 going out?

I have a hitzer 608 stoker stove daytemp set at 75 night set at 72 it went out tonight after10pl which is what the nighmode is set at? Has anyone had this happen this has done it w couple other times too on warmer nights it’s 35 degrees outside

It has a coal trol thermostat with different settings

You likely have to adjust the "MIN" setting. If you aren't sure how to do that or have other questions, talk to the folks that make the control:

What rob said, increase MIN a couple points to maintain a good small idle fire. Make SMALL adjustments and let it settle. ONly change by a point or two. did it just start going out?
The guys are coaltrol are great to work with.
Most of us don't use the setback feature, it tends to overshoot sometimes ramping back up to temperatures. Since coal takes so long to react.
Let us know what you find out.

Thanks what is the setback feature? Do you know what that’s labeled on in the coaltrol?
