I felt how much air was blowing up through the four registers and it wasn't that much. I even thought I'd need to shut one of them to make the air flow sufficient. Can you tell me what you mean by adjusting the blower motor? "set points". I had a 1350 cfm fan on my pellet furnace (replaced it with the keystoker)that was only 74000 BTU's and it was fine. So when I saw that the 350 cfm blower fans were all that they came with even though they are 90000-105000 BTU's I was skeptical about how much heat would get pushed through the duct work. Can you elaborate on the 10 inch cut out on top of the stove? Does it seem like too much?? Goes straight up into the duct work. Stand alone unit working with just the units own blower fan.

Thanks

Jon

PS can you tell me if Pellet Vent (l-vent) is good for these direct vent coal stokers?

I got you on the set points. I already turned it down to come on at 150. But you are saying turn it up a bit so it builds up more heat before coming,on. That makes sense.
