Is pusher block moving any coal at all? Have you removed coal from hopper and looked for any blockage?

Hi titleist1,
Thanks for replying. Yes, he did empty the hopper and the pusher block is clean. The odd part is it did take off and was doing great for about 12 hours and then stopped again. He worked on it some more, thought he had it fixed, it was working great, and again it stopped in middle of the night... We've seen the combustion fan mentioned a few times. What should we check with that? or any other ideas you may have?

Our main problem right now is bridging. Hubby has to manually push coal down and/or put a shovel of coal in the stove. The coal doesn't feel wet at all.. so why the bridge? Oh, and he has checked for obstructions in the hopper & feeder, and also made sure the forks are at 2 inches.

Did you check set screw on pusher block motor linkage, If it is loose the motor has a flat area on shaft that set screw needs to be tightened on.
