Hot Air Coal Stoker Furnace: Kodiak stoker ii

Post by Commish » Wed. Jan. 30, 2019 5:43 pm

Good evening, I am trying to figure out why one side of my stoker is putting out hotter air then the other. I clean the “discharge” shoots every time I clean the stove. And I clean the fines out under the carpet feed. See pic

Also, how far should I have the blocks inside my stove(where the air discharge through flue) see pic

Thanks

which side is your blower on? or in the middle? could depend on how the heat is pushed thru the tubes.
sometimes just depends on how the air flow goes thru the stove.
