My LL dont seem to be getting enough combustion air. Freshly clean grate and blower. Everything appears as it should. Petty simple system to be having issues.

is the combustion blower plugged in directly or thru coaltrol box ?

did you clean UNDER the grate too that builds up with fines also, the holes might be clean, but under the grate could have a lot of fines slowing down the air flow.

Assuming you oiled the motor too.

No Coaltrol just has 3 reostat switches for feed, combustion air, and circulating room air. I cleaned grate and and blew dust off blower wheel. Did not oil motor not noisy or any oblivous issues.

usually the combustion blowers are plugged in directly, maybe rehostat is dirty, try plugging it in direct and see if it has better air flow. both my stoves run the combustion blower full speed.

Combustion Blower is on way out. After a closer exam the bearings in the blower motor have been bearings to long.

keeping them oiled usually helps the longevity. sometimes you have to remove the blowers and flip them over for the oil holes. i;ve had a couple seize up but soaked real good with PB blaster and good 3 in 1 oil for electric motors.

Clean the blower wheel with a toothbrush.

The blower wheel moves side to side 1/8" not going to last like that.
