make sure it's feeding correctly and working. make sure the grates/holes are clear. make sure your thermostat is calling for heat. check all your wiring, etc... direct vent? maybe you tripped the fume switch and it stopped the stoker? the feeder screw shouldn't make much difference.
standard Thermostat or CoalTrol?
If you have an idle timer box, make sure it's working and the stoker motor runs at the given time where the pins are.

If the fire is going out, it's sounds like its not feeding to keep it going.

Replacement fan have Identical fan CFMs rating?
Replacement fan have the swing cover to partially block off fan intake opening?

Looks like "CoaLen" has one of the Taco zone control boxes on the back of his Koker, just like "mlima1409" does.
KOKER 160 Not working

Maybe CoaLen can tell us what the heck it is for?

Relay box, like some used Honeywell switching relay. RA889A to get a 24 volt transformer, fuses, terminal points, (TT) Thermostat relay and a nice steel box to house it all in.

Yes! This is it ... I normally use it to see if the "communication" with the stove and thermostat are working well... whenever you have a red light on it means that the Thermostat is calling for heat....
