Keystoker problem

Looks kinda short .My fire grows to the full length of the grate minus about an inch of ash ,when my feed is all the way up.

Just wanted to thank everyone that contributed to this post. I had the same exact problem, with the same exact solution. That area of the stove wasn't even on my radar. You guys saved me a ton of further frustration.
