Has anyone used stainless 4" pellet pipe for outside component of the exhaust pipe on a direct vent stove. I see Harman was using pellet pipe on the outside section of the DVC-500 venting....but no one else. Has anyone with a Keystoker used this. I am sure the factory won't give the ok for liability reasons, but real world input often trumps the factory info. As usual, thanks for the input

Pellet stove vent pipe quality or grade of the SS may be lower for a lesser acidity level of a wood fuel , but this doesn't mean it would not work. Attention to after season cleaning could overcome some of this possible effect.
Don't be skered. :geek:
