Hot Air Coal Stoker Furnace: Koker Lite
Coal Size/Type: Anthracite Rice

Post by Dash_Martino » Fri. Feb. 16, 2018 6:38 pm

Hey all,
I've had my Keystoker Koker Lite for 1 year now. I've been noticing some hesitation with the room blower going to turn on. It sounds like the blower tries to turn on and stutters, then re-tries again. When I push the button for continuous, the blower runs. If I fiddle with the fan limit switch dial, the furnace seems to run normally for awhile, but then it goes back to the stuttering symptoms. Tried changing the filters on the blower to no avail. Any help is appreciated!

It is most likely the fan switch electrical contacts doing that.

Since you can run it w/ over ride button the contacts may be dirty.

Only other thing is maybe your set points are too close together, but I doubt that it is possible to get them so close together to do what you describe.
