cant get heat

Stoker Coal Boiler: keystoker

i have a keystoker. it is feeding fine. i cleaned it out really good, poked all the holes out, cleaned under the tray, etc.. but cant seem to get enough heat pumping out. any suggestions?

What model Keystoker? Stove or boiler or furnace? How big is the house? Where are you located?

Have you set your draft?

How long have you had the stove?

check your feed screw, make sure it's turned in all the way and backed out about 3-4 turns. Is your thermostat calling for heat and the stoker running constantly? If it's feeding constantly, how much ash is at the end of the grates?

Also, any other important info, like chimney or direct vent? baro damper? draft set correctly? etc....
