looks like it's only on idle by that little burn.

Make sure when you turn up the thermostat, the stoker motor continues to run. if it shuts off while calling for heat, then thermostat or thermostat wiring might not be working correctly and it's only running on the idle box timer.

can you short out the TT terminals in the honeywell box where the thermostat stat is hooked to on the stove? and if the stoker continues to run without stopping, then it's the wiring or thermostat.

yes, stoker motor/white cooling fan blade should continue to run when calling for heat.

whats your stoker feed rate screw set at ? how far in is it turned ? usually about 4 turns out to start.

If you short across those TT terminals and the stoker runs, then you most likely need a new thermostat or thermostat wiring...

If gear motor has 120 VAC to splice leads and is not turning freely and is hot to the touch, then that motor needs removed and bench tested after a good cleaning and some oil.

If it turns out the sintered bearing is shot, you'll need a replacement motor assembly.

Can you run on the stove setting by pushing in the white button.. I get good results by never using a thermostat.

It might be shutting off on the high limit but it appears to be idling just fine. Have you cleaned the convection fan lately? That could cause it to shut down like that. Or like Mcgiever mentioned, the stoker motor may need to be pulled, cleaned, and oiled.
