I believe 4 turns out is the starting point for those motors. Then adjust counter clockwise to decrease fire or clockwise to increase. You are shooting for 1.5 to 2 inches of ashes on the end of the grate after a long call for heat.

I've never pulled my stoker motor but I suspect it would be much easier with no coal in it. You could use a cleaned out shop vac to clear the coal and the just pour it back in when you get done replacing the motor

4 Turns out on the feed bolt to start.
double check the wire nuts/wiring and make sure everything has a good connection and tight. it could work loose with vibration over time if it wasn't tight to begin with.
If you jumper the TT terminals and it starts working and keeps running, it's the wiring or thermostat.

Call Keystoker with the serial number off the stoker assembly. They can tell you which motor you need. I bought my spare stoker motor directly from them for about $110. Have you tried to bench test the motor or hook it directly to 120v to bypass all the other controls to see if it runs straight off 120?

Looks like its not feeding fast enough or your feed rate is at the lowest setting. At the highest setting my stoker is pushing burning coals off the edge. Mine burns like your pic, at the lowest feed rate setting.
