Yup, that's a Reading TriBurner with one common motor running fan and carpet feeder.
Did you replace the "strong back" gasket as well?
Sometimes it helps to cut a block of wood to prop the underside while you tap/thump the top grate all around with a rubber or dead-blow hammer to seat the grate good and tight.

Yes I did replace the strong back. I pounded it down with a dead blow hammer.
I also took a CO monitor and stuck it in the hopper for a few minutes and it didn’t go off. Not sure if that means anything.
I have two CO monitors in the room with the stove. Plus one in the bedroom hallway and another in the room directly above the stove.
