Hot Air Coal Stoker Stove: Alaska Hearth Model

I’ve got the meter reading .03 now. I had to add a couple of washers to get the damper to move where I wanted it to, hopefully this takes care of this

Yup, that's a Reading TriBurner with one common motor running fan and carpet feeder.

Did you replace the "strong back" gasket as well?

Sometimes it helps to cut a block of wood to prop the underside while you tap/thump the top grate all around with a rubber or dead-blow hammer to seat the grate good and tight.

Yes I did replace the strong back. I pounded it down with a dead blow hammer.

I also took a CO monitor and stuck it in the hopper for a few minutes and it didn’t go off. Not sure if that means anything.

I have two CO monitors in the room with the stove. Plus one in the bedroom hallway and another in the room directly above the stove.
