Brand New Alaska KAST Console: Rattling

we just got a brand new KAST III and the combustion motor makes a hideous unhealthy rattle
anybody with this stove or a one with the same burner know what is normal ?

It's broke!
Fans can have noise but that is not right. Remember these combustion fans are just a comodity fan, not a heck of a lot of quality control in them. Should be simple warranty replacement.

I noticed that the hinge mounts have gaps that are direct holes into the firebox I know its not a air tight stove but I am not sure if it was intentional or a design flaw
also the corners of the door flange have the same gaps that where not welded closed

I know I'd damn sure be talkin to the dealer who I bought the stove from with any questions/concerns! If it don't look or sound right--it probably isn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what was the problem? Just needed the bolt tightened on the underside? (hopefully)

something is working its way loose just fired it for the first time this year back to rattling
you would think 3k would net you some better workman ship

well whatever it was tightened its way back the rattle stopped after some run time
