Managed to make a little more progress. Doors and stoker and auger covers on along with clean out covers. There were no signs of gaskets on the clean out covers but I put gaskets on as it only made sense to me. Measured for cutting the auger and also have the tentative smoke pipe layout, I think it should work ok, boro position in the T on the back pipe.

Thanks, and Nice Tip Rob That looks like the same stuff that I used on my Keystoker furnace door.
By chance would you know of the Official door seal gasket size ? Looks like a flat gasket on that photo. I tried 5/8 rope because it seem to fit the channel but it's too thick, and reading various threads there seems to be as many opinions.

- Other Heating: Noth'in but COAL! Well, Maybe a little tiny bit of wood
That is look'in great Bill.
2x on Rob's idea of insulating the fire door. It's a great idea on a boiler, I would imagine it's even more critical on a hot air unit.

Here is an older post about the door on the Keystoker when I was trying to figure it out, it appears to be the same stuff.
What Is This Piece on a Keystoker A70 Fire Door ?
But other than Keystoker I'm not sure where to pick a piece up locally, have to do some research...

This is the stuff that I used:

You can probably get some at your local supply house. Just ask if they have a piece of 1" thick Kaowool .

Thanks for the link Rob.
Got a bit of time to do some mods to the coal bin, put and angle/ramp and raised the floor a little. All together I'm guessing I lost more or less, probable a little more the amount of coal that would fit in a 40 gal. trash can. Also took the advice and made a little dog house. Thanks! Now to finish support for feed tub.

I was able to get the dog house and auger, done. I made the dog house so if ever necessary it could be pulled out from the side, I fastened it inside with pocket screws. Used a single board and drilled a hole through it then ripped in half and used that as the support for the auger pipe.
Now on to the electrical... Using what came with the EFM it's pretty straight forward, 110v line and thermostat wire dropped down to junction box, line to the limit control, line to timer, line to the blower, and one line to the stoker motor which I will have to shorten as the stoker was on the other side originally. My thoughts are for a separate 15 amp breaker, from the breaker panel line to a on/off switch mounted on the coal bin, then from there to a junction box on a floor joist above the furnace like it was originally. I think my plan should be fine. ???

Slowly getting there... Wiring is Done Did a test Cold run and all the electrical components function. Still working on the smoke pipe need about 5 hands to hold and adjust the pipe, but duct tape and pieces of wire help, it is set in place now, just need to take it back apart and seal the connections.
