Is it possible to burn wood pellets in a Alaska Liberty stoker as it is from the factory? I'm looking into coal stoves but the few people who sell and deliver coal in my area concerns me, meanwhile there is a pellet manufacturer/distributor right down the road from me and several other distributors in the area. There are only three coal resellers that I know of that will deliver.

I was wondering if it's possible to use pellets if per chance something happens to the distributors in my area? I'm located in upstate New York near Fort Ann if someone has someplace other than, Lake Champlain Coal, the man in Cambridge, and the other guy in the Gansevoort/Northumberland area, I'd be interested to hear.

I'm also curious what size hearth a Liberty stove would require, a 4ft? It would be for a corner install.

Thanks for the help.
