Hi Eric - I am not sure if a replacement motor is available. You could try contacting Honeywell.
Assuming you don't have a steam boiler with the thermostat connected to the timer, I would suggest a 1 hour timer from Intermatic. They are about $100, parts are available if you need them, and they are easy to hook up and adjust.

Hi Rob, Thanks for the quick reply. I am looking for a replacement all of my searching has turned up little results for a fix to the Honeywell Timer.
I have an old coal fired hot water boiler but the thermostat is hooked up through the timer does this change things?

Yes, that changes things. The new timer I suggested does not have the capability to turn on the stoker/circulator via the thermostat calling for heat.
What else is on the boiler for controls?
You may need to update some of the other controls, or source a used Honeywell or Wilburt timer with a built in 24v transformer.

First thing is I inherited this setup and I get confused looking at it. I have been shoveling the coal and taking out the ashes since I was a high school (25+ years) and never learned to much about it since it worked without issues until now.
The 2 boxes on the right are Honeywell RA832A. The bottom right lines of the both boxes go to the return and supply circulating pumps. The top on both boxes comes from the thermostat but I think one is a dead connection but I am not sure which one.
The metal conduit from the junction box goes to the Detroit box on top of the furnace and the yellow cable on the bottom of the junction box comes from the breaker box.
The white cable coming out of the left side of the timer goes to the motor running the auger and fan combined.
Hope this makes sense. If you need any more info let me know.
Thanks for your help again.

I may have an old stoker timer you might use, it is a timer w/ 24vac transformer built in.
I think it is a Mercroid Stoker Switch or something like that.

I just took a complete setup like that out that was on a unit that was running when I pulled switch laying in my shop contact me if interested SCRAPPER
Update...I was able to the timer working. WD-40 and some pliers got it turning again.
Now my trouble is the relay. One of the contacts came off and when the relay gets charged it either sticks or there is not contact at all.
Are these easily replaced? Ideas on a replacement relay?
