Identify Pot Belly Stove

Hi all,

i acquired this pot belly stove and would like to find out some more about it. I can not find any names or manufacture marks on it, so im at a bit of a loss.

F, welcome to the FORUM. You're gonna have to do better then one far off pix-- ;) insides, close-ups all sides, etc. She's a purty one!!

she is purdy, but mine needs a lot of work. (stole the pic from the internet of one same as mine, in my original post)

ok so here are some mroe pics, inside, and some close up's. would be very interested to find out who made her

its going to be a big job restoring her, but it will be worth it im sure. this morning I hit her with the wire brush and now im exhausted.

It appears the fire pot has holes in it and I don't see any grate. Both pretty serious things.

Yes I'm aware of the holes. I have a friend who welds cast iron. And I have the grate too. At this point I'm really just seeing if I can find some history and who made her

You have to wonder about that large skirt around it, whether it served a use for something, or just to transfer heat and looks. Neat looking stove, thats for sure.

for sure, my plan once I have it repaired. is to use the skirt to put say corn cobs, bread rolls etc on it.

Hate to say it but, I think you have a flower pot. Its likely you will not find the foundry that made it there were hundreds of foundries that made stoves.
