Hi everyone been awhile since ive been on here but wanted to ask something, I can turn my feed down as low as it will go and my fire continues to go . Is this normal? The feed is basically off . I left it go like this for 4-5 hours and still a small flame . Really surprised me . Havent checked to see how many pounds it used but really curious . Thanks

You have not told us much. Whose furnace brand do you own?? is it a underfed stoker or a flat fire bed stoker?

The feed is either off or on, and if you have a hold fire timer it will burn and shut off and burn and shut off
it sounds as if your feed is still operating at a slow rate.
