Draught Regulators???

- Hand Fed Coal Boiler: Northland DF-790 Multi-Fuel Boiler
My thermo draught bottom damper auto adjusting thermo adjuster, thing... Appears to be seized. Was reacting well for the first few months but since trying to adjust the knob to change the settings it got stuck to the point that I don't want to horse it and harder. I've done some searching and haven't found much info out there. It seems to be a European term. Anyone have any input to offer?

That appears to be an Ammark brand and they are no longer available , The Sampson should be interchangeable. or the other as shown above.
