Hot Air Coal Stoker Stove: Alaska stoker 2

Post by Mattw205 » Sun. Jan. 17, 2016 3:47 pm

Hey guys. I have an Alaska stoker 2. It came standard with a 265 cfm blower. I know they make a 500 cfm blower for it but it's like $400. Do you know of either a place to get one cheaper or has anyone gotten a different blower that fits?

You don't want it to blow too much, you'll just get cooler air. It's worth a try tho. or get a larger one and put a rheostat on it to adjust speed(s).

Try these guys, they have tons of blowers by Fasco and Dayton. Squirrel cage type, or check Ebay.

If you are talking about the distribution blower it can be found on ebay for around $100. Fasco B47120 180cfm. I just had to replace mine 1 week ago.
