Isn't it a great feeling? People look at me like I have 3 eyes when I talk about burning coal, but when the neighbors come over and see my 76 deg. basement with ZERO dirt, smell, etc. and just a lot of HEAT, they are amazed. They are even more amazed after I take them outside and have them look at the vent outlet and how there is no smoke, soot, very little smell and very little heat even with the stove a'crankin'.
