Question About EFM Model Ap350

could someone please tell me where I could find a manual for efm model ap 350.having a problem with the shaft that connects to auger. there is a housing that mounts to the blower housing has a very loud squeel coming from there.has the right oil level in pan also oiled hole top of housing.just trying to find out if there is a bearing or something in there or you just replace the whole housing.also if anyone knows where I can get one.

I believe you are talking about the clutch assembly. Go to this link and see if were talking about the same thing

Pictorial: DF520 Clutch Assembly W/ Part Numbers

In the second picture, you'll see the bracket bearing assembly which contains two bronze bushings inside and an oil hole outside for lubrication. Part number 9433763

Sometimes if the burner worm shaft rubs on the side of the hole where it goes through the cast iron base of the fan assembly, it will also squeal. This can be caused with the worm rotating unevenly in an off-circular pattern because the gooseneck bushing or worm bushing is worn out. I think many of the DF520 parts are interchangeable with the 350.

I checked the link .thats the part . clutch assy. can I buy bushings and replace or do you have to buy whole assy. next question where can I buy this?

All the bushings are available, but I don't know which you need; the bracket bearing bushings, the worm bushing, or the gooseneck bushing.

If I change to a l6006 aquastat on my efm boiler can I eliminate the timer? I have problems keeping it burning in warmer weather. Stoakerdude

No. But, with the timer, you should not have any problems in the summer. Are you keeping your high and low settings 50 degrees apart in the warmer months? If not, you'll have out-fires.
