New Stove Help

A Coal stoker furnace or stove controls most operations including automatically feeding the coal. They are quite similar to any conventional oil and gas units and easily operated for extended periods of time. They commonly use rice coal but may use larger sizes like buckwheat. They can be used as primary heat, supplementary heat or have a dual set up with your existing oil/gas furnace.

Look at http://www.leisurelinestoves.com/, their specs are online for all the stoves.
You may want to mention the size of your house, insulated?, chimney type, etc...to better size the stove

the Econo or Pioneer would probably work great since your house is fairly small. The Newer LL stoves come with a controller called a CoalTrol Thermostat, it automatically adjusts the feed, temp, blowers to maintains almost perfect set temperature. Others will probably chime in with their comments too.

Just make sure you have a source for Rice sized Coal in your area, or at least be able to get it.

I'm heating 1400sq' with my pioneer. I also have a pellet insert and a propane furnace which I don't use because my pioneer heats my whole house. It's a great stove period :D
