I run my Keystoker 90 at a HLF value of 1. The stove seems to react a little quicker, as I routinely change heat load by opening garage door dumping cold air into the room with the thermostat. Yes it does overshoot at times, but the family does not seem to mind. Just remember coal is like smoking meat low and slow :roll:
