I have an Alaska thermostat controlling my Channing. There is two wires that go from the wall thermostat to the box with two knobs. I'm guessing that the box with two knobs should be supplying voltage and the thermostat opens and closes the circuit based on call for heat?

Never mind. I see now that it is unfiltered DC (24 VAC) and measured on the AC scale. My furnace is actually on an aux relay. I think the relay is sticking.
