LOoks good, might be back a bit far, but can you bump the idle feed up a 1/2 turn or so, my LL burns back pretty far with no problems.
Hows your gaskets, etc....?have you replaced them, or is the stove new? Sometimes the burn plate gasket or seal in the back of the burn grate leaks air from the combustion blower and will make the fire creep back....as long as you not getting any suplher smell or condensation in the hopper, you should be okay.

3rd year with the stove. Gaskets all new this year. The past 2 seasons I didn't burn if the daily high was in the high 50's. I idled it down to what the picture shows the past 3 days with no sulphur smell, condensation in the hopper, or CO readings.

This looks similar to how my garage stove is burning. I posted about it yesterday. I am getting a sulfur smell as well as hopper condensation. Any idea what is going on with mine?
Sorry, didn’t mean to hijack your thread but my issue is similar.
Thanks
Jim

that usually indicates a leak somewhere or too much draft? do you have a power venter? gaskets and grates all sealed good?Jimbolyard wrote: ↑Thu. Draft usually runs about .5 or so. Using a chimney. Gaskets are a couple years old. Going to replace all gaskets around the grate and see what happens.
Thanks for the reply.

It's ok, common thing. Except for when that is truly the measurement.
