Leisure Line Owners ?

A Coal stoker furnace or stove controls most operations including automatically feeding the coal. They are quite similar to any conventional oil and gas units and easily operated for extended periods of time. They commonly use rice coal but may use larger sizes like buckwheat. They can be used as primary heat, supplementary heat or have a dual set up with your existing oil/gas furnace.

Turned stove off last evening to give it a good going through!
Grate does have gasket in back but pretty well flatend out will be replacing it soon. Combustion blower had only 3 bolts holding it on, of which 2 were lose ;( fixed that! Combustion wheel omg was it dirty, almost 1/4 inch buildup on all the fins, fixed that. Now for the good part, can now run my pioneer at a max feed of 50 without losing hot coals and easily doubled the radiant and hot air heat. Needless to say very happy : )))))
conclusion believe the combustion blower was the total problem. Thanks for all the replies and help. Eric
Sorry you had so much trouble with it Eric. I did mention it was in need of a good cleaning ;) It's just tough in this part of the state, once you think the stove is turned off for good we get some cold weather and she would get fired back up! Plus with the new addition she kinda got set aside and untouched for the summer. I hope all your problems are behind you and you have nothing but good warm luck with it in the future!

Adam, not your fault! Beeing new to a stoker it might have been a good thing for me to go through learned a lot while trying to figure out the problem. By the way great stove, great price, great dealing with you.
One question in the video it showed a metal door peace to block door while cleaning the glass, wondering if you had this and if you would be able to ship it to me. I would pay what you want for shipping & packing etc... Thanks Adam hope to hear from you Eric.

It was great meeting you and your daughter Eric! I'm glad you're really liking the stove and she's working out for you! PM me your address and I'll try and get her shipped out the beginning of this week to you. Darn thing was/is just sitting there right next to where the stove was, doh!
