i have the above stoker and was wondering what other people are seeing.
how far open/ closed is the restricter plate on the combsution fan.

i set it up to equal the stack draft and I just about closed off the inlet to combustion fan.

did u measure your draft before or after the barometric dampner?
When mine was setup they measured the draft before the baro and my plate was almost closed. But if u read the directions your suppose to take the reading after the baro. I correctly have my plate almost fully open and it works well that way.
