What effect does increasing the feed rate have on stove heat output?

My settings were at 6min 40 max.
This morning I increased the max to 43.
The stove is currently running at 99% of it's feed rate.

The stoker motor will run longer at the maximum feed rate (99%), pushing more fuel onto the fire. If this is set too high you will start to get incomplete burn of the coal, you can even get burning coals falling off the end of the grate. Both situations waste fuel and can even result in lower heat output.
