Hyfire 110

Hello,
I would like to get some thoughts on an older LL Hyfire 110 that I had just bought. It needs new glass door and one of the blowers is dead and it does need new gaskets. Every thing else seems to work just fine.

Is there any upgrades I can do to this stove? Any idea what it is worth?

Thanks

Does it have 2 burners or one? It might be a 130K, Mine has a 90K and a 40K burners.

You can update to the Coaltrol system to completely regulate the stove, without the rheostats. Works much better.

All parts should be readily available from Jerry on here (Screen name Leisure Line). In good working order, probably $500-900 depending.

Thanks for the info WNY.
From what I have been told this unit has a 70k and 40k tri burner in it. Is LL still using this kind of burners in their new units? Can I upgrade this to a 90k 40k?

Thanks for the help.

Chris

You would want to seprate the stokers/fans and at least run the combustion blowers 100% direct off an outlet, better burn and use the rehostat to control the feed rate.

Not sure about upgrades, contact Jerry @ LL for more info.

The Coaltrol would be a good update to control it much better with a thermostat. Mine works great!
Post some pics if you get a chance.

Hi Chris. I have a 110 and always thought that I had the 90k and 40k burners. What's the tri burner look like?

My Hyfire I has the 90K and 40K burners. I think I talked to Jerry @ LL awhile ago and you have to change out the entire back plate and get a complete new burner unit setup for the additional 90K burner. Can't remember the price.
