First things first, Alaska tells their customers that installing a Coal-trol will void their stove warranty. Despite this many people have installed them and we have not heard of anyone having warranty coverage denied due to the Coal-trol installation.
If you're still on board, we recommend our entry model Coal-trol Standard which we sell direct for list price, $324. We recommend checking with local stove dealers to see if they sell Coal-trol and to see what pricing you can get. Often dealers sell for a better price.
