It isnt over until the fat lady sings. Theres the supreme court, congress (after the midterm), and Im sure the states out west involved will fight it. The demand is there again and lots of money involved.

The stupidest part is if we dont mine it in this country another country will mine it so there is no affect on the climate to begin with until demand drops.

Plenty of private owned coal reserves left, would rather see money go through private sector versus straight to US Treasury.
