Hi,

I'm new here on the forum but have been lurking for a while. Here is my first post: I've been burning coal for several years but my dealer is getting greedy. I'd like to buy a truckload from a breaker - I have a truck driver lined up. Where can I get quality rice coal for around 130 a ton?

I don't think the answer is where so much as when. I've heard that most dealers are planning a price increase on or about August first. Act within a week or two and you'll get the best price.

I can get a good deal from Calvin Lennings too. Are they about the same as Hudson or better? I also read about Sherman coal.

no personal experiance win C.L.but they are one that some in central pa talk of,they are in the deep mine area and should have a decent coal.ash content is another factor could vary by 3-5 percent depends on mine.
