We're on track to see about 250 less heating degree days here this December vs. last years December. I will be burning about 350 lbs. less coal this December as a consequence.

NOAA's 3 month outlook has most of us in the range of "EC", which means they are guessing that temperatures for the next 3 months have an equal chance of being either normal, or above normal, or below normal. Southern Ohio and below it are expected to be colder than normal. See map.

Sorry CC, Joe Bastardi and his cohorts can't get yesterdays weather right. I have been following for years and he is useless.

IS
have an equal chance of being either normal, or above normal, or below normal.
.. and they get paid for that c rap? Follow my weather favorite the Orrington Playboy who states "what will be will be"

Hot news, soon we will get the chances of a white Xmas (2018).
