Just paid $185 for one ton of rice coal delivered. Good part is that I found a delivery man that has a conveyor system that will shoot coal into my basement.

His coal also seems to be a better grade than the other stuff I was burning.

No more carrying coal to the basement in buckets!!!!!

I went to the coal yard yesterday and he had buckwheat coal at 220 a ton bagged...cash and carry....

It looked nice...a little bigger than rice coal...It may burn nice in a stoker as you may get a little more air through it.....

I may grab a bag or two to try and see how it burns....

Lykins is about 7 or 8 miles west of Tower City on 209.
