Yep, on the wind power thing--I travel a little & I forget where (not far from me) there are 1/2 dozen wind mills & I've never seen them turning!! Might be I just pick the wrong time to travel that way!!!! You & me both N on that dumb as a rock concept!!! LOL

There's a lot of them when I travel on route 20 from Albany to out your way FF to see my friend in Fabius. Never seen to many of them turning.

Greenies like to confuse installed nameplate capacity with actual production. For example a 5 MW pinwheel has a typical capacity factor of 20%. Meaning it will produce 24 MWh of energy on an average day.

A 5 MW fossil fuel fired plant will have 100% capacity factor and it will produce 120 MWh of energy each and every day.

Then there is the storage problem and associated losses with intermittent energy
